Hannu-Pekka Juhani Björkman (born 11 February 1969 in Kannonkoski) is a Finnish actor who has appeared in theatres, on television and in films. In 2005, he won a Jussi Award for the best actor in a leading role for a film ''Eläville ja kuolleille''. Björkman was married to actress Minna Haapkylä from 2002 to 2014. They have two sons. The Renovation
''The Renovation'' ( fi, Se mieletön remppa) is a 2020 Finnish comedy film directed by Taneli Mustonen. It tells the story of a couple, Jalmari and Maija, who inherit a house in need of a major renovation, taking the situation to catastrophic proportions. Sami Hedberg and Kiti Kokkonen starred in the main roles of the film, in addition to which Hedberg portrays numerous supporting characters. The film is a Finnish remake of the 2018 Norwegian film ''Norske byggeklosser'', which in turn is a remake of the 1972 film of the same name. Director Taneli Mustonen says he got the idea for the film while presenting his '' Bodom'' film at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas, where he met Norwegians who were excited about the ''Norske Byggeklosser'' they produced. ''The Eternal Road'' ( fi, Ikitie) is a 2017 drama film, based on a novel by Antti Tuuri, who also co-wrote the screenplay. The film was directed by Antti-Jussi Annila and stars Tommi Korpela, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Hannu-Pekka Björkman, Irina Björklund and Ville Virtanen. The film was edited and shot in Estonia in lieu of locations in Karelia. This was also the last film Lembit Ulfsak acted in before his death on 22 March 2017. ''Almost 18'' ( fi, Kohta 18) is a 2012 Finnish film. It is the first feature film by director Maarit Lalli who also wrote the screenplay with her son Henrik Mäki-Tanila, one of the main actors in the film. Plot ''Kohta 18'' tells six stories of five teenage boys on the edge of adulthood. Karri, Pete, André, Akseli and Joni are dealing with same issues as every other young man; fears and hopes for future, disillusions and problems with parents. Henrik Mäki-Tanila has said that some parts of the stories are taken from his own experiences as a teenager, as well as from the lives of his friends. Kannonkoski
Kannonkoski is a municipality of Finland. It is located in the Central Finland region. The municipality has a population of () and covers an area of of which is water. The population density is . Neighbouring municipalities are Karstula, Kivijärvi, Saarijärvi, Viitasaari and Äänekoski. The municipality is unilingually Finnish. History Kannonkoski as a settlement name is very new, originally only referring to the rapids which connect the lake Kannonjärvi to the lake Kivijärvi. The toponym ''kannonn Maa'' was mentioned in 1552, referring to hunting grounds of the people of Sysmä in this area. The people of Pälkäne also had hunting grounds around the rapids and the name ''Kannonkoski'' may be derived from ''Kantokylä'', a village in Pälkäne.
