Han Lei
Han Lei (; born February 23, 1968), also known in Mongolian as Senbor, is a Chinese folk and pop singer-songwriter. Music Appearance Han rose to prominence in 1997 on the CCTV New Year's Gala, performing a song called "1997, A.D." (公元一九九七); in 1998 he returned to the Gala to perform "''Zou Sifang''" (走四方), one of the most memorable performances in the song and dance category of the Gala that year, which became his signature hit and propelled him to national stardom. He has since appeared on the Gala six more times, the most recent performance in the 2014 show. Han has also recorded introductory and conclusion theme songs for various Chinese TV Series, including the introductory theme to ''Kangxi Dynasty'' and ''The Emperor in Han Dynasty, "Xiang Tian Zai Jie Wu Bai Nian" (向天在借五百年)''. Yu Quan
Yu·Quan () is a Chinese soft rock duet. They were founded in June 1998 as a duo between Chen Yufan (陈羽凡) and Hu Haiquan (胡海泉). They are from Beijing and Shenyang, Liaoning respectively. Both members were born in 1975. They were signed with Taiwanese music distributor Rock Records in 1999. Since then the duo has published a total of nine albums, with over seven million records sold. The duo is very well received in mainland China. In 2013, the duo competed in the first season of Chinese reality TV show called '' I Am a Singer'' (renamed ''Singer'' since 2017); the duo won the competition, and the series saw a profound success. Han Hong (; Tibetan name Yangchen Drolma or Yangjain Zhoima , ; born 26 September 1971 in Chamdo), is a Chinese singer and songwriter of mixed Tibetan and Han ethnicity. Like her mother, a Tibetan singer, Han Hong is able to shift quite easily from piercing high pitches to soft low tones. Han Hong is one of the most popular Chinese female musicians who specializes in a variety of Chinese folk music. Most of Han's work reflect the Tibetan culture, but Han also use elements of Jazz, R-n-B, Rock-n-Roll and Latin music in her music work. Early life Han was born in a family of performers in 1971, and sang in the choir starting at the age of five. The seventh season of Chinese television series Singer ( zh, 歌手; previously titled ''I Am a Singer'') was broadcast on Hunan Television between January and April 2019. ''Singer 2019'' was produced by Hong Tao, and its music director was Hong Kong senior musician Kubert Leung. The first episode was recorded on January 4, 2019, and first premiered in Mango TV on January 11, 2019. YouTube also broadcast the episodes with the results replaced by commercial snippets. The season ended on April 12, 2019, and Chinese singer Liu Huan named as the winner. Liu Huan (born August 26, 1963, in Tianjin) is a Chinese singer and songwriter. He is one of China's modern era pioneers in pop music. He combines his music career with teaching the history of Western music at the Beijing University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. Early life On August 26, 1963, Liu Huan was born into a family of teachers in Tianjin. Liu graduated from Yaohua High School in Tianjin in 1981. Four years later, he graduated from the University of International Relations in Beijing, majoring in French literature. During his university days, he participated in a French songwriting competition and won first prize, as well as sponsorship from the French government to go on a tour to Paris. ''Singer'' (), previously known as ''I Am a Singer'' (), is a Chinese singing competition show broadcast on Hunan Television. It is based on the Korean show ''I Am a Singer''. The competition was opened to well-known professional singers from the music industry across worldwide, and featured a rotating cast of singers performing each week, usually with seven singers, who performed in front of a 500-member audience. The votes cast from the audience were the sole determinant for the results and one singer who received the fewest votes is eliminated while a new singer substituted in place of that singer, featuring a constantly changing lineup of artist throughout the series.
