Hamilton Square is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Hamilton Township, in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States, that is the site of a historic colonial village. Until the 2000 Census the area was part of the Mercerville-Hamilton Square CDP, which was split into two CDPs as of 2010: Mercerville and Hamilton Square. A census-designated place (CDP) is a concentration of population defined by the United States Census Bureau for statistical purposes only. CDPs have been used in each decennial census since 1980 as the counterparts of incorporated places, such as self-governing cities, towns, and villages, for the purposes of gathering and correlating statistical data. CDPs are populated areas that generally include one officially designated but currently unincorporated community, for which the CDP is named, plus surrounding inhabited countryside of varying dimensions and, occasionally, other, smaller unincorporated communities as well. Dan Donigan
Dan Donigan (born August 3, 1966) is a retired United States soccer forward and former coach who played professionally in the Major Indoor Soccer League, American Professional Soccer League and National Professional Soccer League. Following his playing career he coached at the collegiate level as an assistant coach for Connecticut and Saint Louis, and subsequently as a head coach for Saint Louis and Rutgers. Conrad Edward Daniels (born September 11, 1941 from New Jersey) is a former American professional darts player who was active from the 1970s to the 1980s. Darts career Daniels was an elite competitor who won or finished near the top of dozens of individual and team events in his career. In 1975, Daniels won both the US Open and North American Open, and reached world #3 in the 1975-76 ratings of the European Darts Organization. He was also a member of the US team that took 2nd place at the 1979 World Cup, and a member of the team that finished in 2nd place at the 1980 Elkadart Nations Cup. Daniels was one of the first American players to seriously challenge British darters at their own game. The United States census of 2010 was the twenty-third United States national census. National Census Day, the reference day used for the census, was April 1, 2010. The census was taken via mail-in citizen self-reporting, with enumerators serving to spot-check randomly selected neighborhoods and communities. Mercerville-Hamilton Square is a census-designated place and unincorporated community located within Hamilton Township, in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States.
