Hamid Alidoosti
Hamid Alidoosti ( fa, حمید علیدوستی ; born 12 March 1956) is an Iranian football coach and former player. Playing career Alidoosti played for the Iranian club Homa FC for most of his career, and also appeared with FSV Salmrohr in Germany. He was a member of the Iran national team in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Managerial career Alidoosti has served as coach for several clubs in Iran, including Homa FC, Paykan FC (2000–2002), and Tractor Sazi (2003–2004). He also coached the Iran U20 national team (2004). Personal life His daughter, Taraneh is an actress. Tehran

Chaharshanbeh Suri or Charshanba Suri ( fa, چهارشنبهسوری, Čahāršanbe suri; ), is an Iranian festival of the fire dance celebrated on the eve of the last Wednesday of the year. It is the first festivity of the Nowruz Celebrations festival (the Iranian New Year). Etymology The Persian name of the festival consists of (), the name of Wednesday in the Iranian calendars, and (), which has two meanings; it may mean "festive" and it may also mean "scarlet" (in traditional Persian and some current local dialects in Iran), which stems from the reddish theme of fire. The Paykan ( fa, پيکان meaning ''Arrow'') is the first Iranian-made car produced by Iran Khodro (formerly called "Iran National") between 1967 and 2005. The car was very popular in Iran from its introduction until its discontinuation. It is often colloquially referred as the Iranian chariot. The Paykan was a Hillman Hunter built under licence, but had some unique body work and locally developed variants (most notably, the pickup, which used a different body shell from the one sold elsewhere).
