Ha Shing Chi
Ha Shing Chi ( ; born 30 May 1982) is a former Hong Kong professional footballer who played as a left back. Club career South China Ha Shing Chi joined South China youth team in 1997 and was promoted to the first team in 2003. Although he was promoted to the first team, he did not have too many match-play chances until the 2004–05 season as South China refused to use any foreign players. On the other hand, when Ha was studying at the City University of Hong Kong, he represented its football team, helping the team to claim the champions of Hong Kong University Football League in 2005 by defeating Chinese University of Hong Kong in the final. He was also crowned the Most Valuable Player of the match. However, he only featured in one FA Cup match during the 2005–06 season, As the club promised to strengthen the squad in the following season after their request to remain in the First Division was approved, Ha was released by the club. AFC Cup
The AFC Cup is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Under its current rules, the competition is played primarily between clubs from nations that did not receive direct qualifying slots in the top-tier AFC Champions League, based on the AFC Club Competitions Ranking. Al-Kuwait SC and Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya are the most successful clubs in the competition's history, having won three titles each. Hong Kong Football Association League Cup () is an annual football competition contested by clubs in the top-tier Hong Kong domestic football league (currently Hong Kong Premier League). The cup was relaunched for the 2014–15 season after being discontinued in the 2012–13 season. Format *All teams in Hong Kong First Division League (until 2013–2014 season) / Hong Kong Premier League (starting from 2014 to 2015 season) are divided in the 2 groups (Group A & B) in first round stage. The Hong Kong Senior Challenge Shield (), known commonly as the Senior Shield, is the football knockout inter-club competition held in Hong Kong and the fourth oldest football tournament in Asia. Traditionally, only the teams in the Hong Kong Premier League are entered into the competition. However, on occasion teams in lower divisions, usually the champions of the Junior Shield, are invited in order to increase the number of participating teams. Independent Commission Against Corruption (Hong Kong)
The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) of Hong Kong was established by Governor of Hong Kong, Governor MacLehose of Beoch, Sir Murray MacLehose on 15 February 1974, when Hong Kong was under colonial Hong Kong, British rule. Its main aim was to clean up endemic corruption in the many departments of the Government of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Government through law enforcement, prevention and community education.
