Hüseyin Beşok
Hüseyin Beşok (born 8 February 1975) is a retired Turkish professional basketball player. Standing at 2.11 m (6 ft 11 in) in height and 120 kg (265 lbs) in weight, he used to play as center. Professional career A solid big man, he played for Pınar Karşıyaka at the youth and senior level before transferring to Efes Pilsen, where he spent several seasons. He also played for Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel, Šibenik in Croatia,(CroatianNajbolji turski centar u Šibenki izbjegava vojni rok, Nacional br. 411, 30. rujna 2003. Center (basketball)
The center (C), or the centre, also known as the five or the pivot, is one of the five Basketball position, positions in a regulation basketball game. The center is normally the tallest player on the team, and often has a great deal of strength and body mass as well. In the NBA, the center is typically close to tall. Turkey National Basketball Team
The Turkey men's national basketball team ( tr, Türkiye Millî Basketbol Takımı) represents Turkey in international basketball tournaments. They are governed by the Turkish Basketball Federation. Their nickname is the ''12 Dev Adam'', meaning 12 Giant Men. Turkey has competed at every major international basketball tournament. Their greatest achievements are winning two silver medals on home soil at the EuroBasket ( 2001), and FIBA World Cup ( 2010) respectively. Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. UNICS Kazan
BC UNICS (russian: БК УНИКС) is a professional basketball club in Kazan, Russia, that plays in the VTB United League, and formerly played in the EuroLeague. KK Šibenik
Košarkaški klub Šibenik, commonly referred to as KK Šibenik or simply Šibenik, was a men's professional basketball club based in Šibenik, Croatia. It was considered one of the best Croatian basketball clubs. In 2010, KK Šibenik bankrupted and was dissolved. History The club was founded on 27 December 1973 under the name Šibenka.
