Héctor Enrique Urban Astete (born 17 November 1971) is a Chilean politician who served in the Constitutional Council. With ties to the ''Sociedad Nacional de la Agricultura'' (SNA), he comes from a right-wing family linked to the agricultural industry. Together with his family he owns several farms in the area, including the 360-hectare Santa Melanie farm, where wheat, oats and rapeseed are grown. This land possession has brought successive problems with Mapuche armed groups. Biography His family history in Chile began in 1903, when his great-grandfather Enrique Urban immigrated to the country and bought the Montenegro estate, in Ercilla, 80 kilometers north of Temuco. Urban was born in Victoria, Araucanía Region in 1971, to a family of Swiss immigrants who settled in what would become the 'red zone' of the conflict in Araucanía, next to the community of Temucuicui. Sebastian (; ) was an early Christianity, Christian saint and martyr. According to traditional belief, he was killed during the Diocletianic Persecution of Christians. He was initially tied to a post or tree and shot with arrows, though this did not kill him. He was, according to tradition, rescued and healed by Irene of Rome, which became a popular subject in 17th-century painting. In all versions of the story, shortly after his recovery he went to Diocletian to warn him about his sins, and as a result he was clubbed to death. He is venerated in the Roman Catholic Church, Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church, Orthodox Church as the patron saint of athletics, archery, and plagues. The oldest record of the details of Sebastian's martyrdom is found in the ''Chronograph of 354'', which mentions him as a martyr, venerated on January 20.
