Hålogalandsallmenningen is the proposed name for the organization which is expected to manage about 50% of the land and inland water resources in the counties of Troms and Nordland in Norway. Troms
Troms (; se, Romsa; fkv, Tromssa; fi, Tromssa) is a former county in northern Norway. On 1 January 2020 it was merged with the neighboring Finnmark county to create the new Troms og Finnmark county. This merger is expected to be reversed by the government resulting from the 2021 Norwegian parliamentary election. It bordered Finnmark county to the northeast and Nordland county in the southwest. The Finnmark Act () of 2005 transferred about 96% (about 46,000 km2) of the area in the Finnmark county in Norway to the inhabitants of Finnmark. This area is managed by the Finnmark Estate agency. or or is a village in Kautokeino Municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. The village is located along the river Kautokeinoelva, about south of the town of Alta and about north of the village of Kautokeino. The village is made up predominantly of Sami people, and both the Sami and Norwegian names of the village ("Máze" and "Masi") are officially recognized. Since the 17th century, the village has been the site of Masi Church. The present church building was built after World War II to replace the previous church which the Germans had burned down.
