Barbara Woolworth Hutton (November 14, 1912 – May 11, 1979) was an American debutante, socialite, heiress, and philanthropist. She was dubbed the "Poor Little Rich Girl"—first when she was given a lavish and expensive debutante ball in 1930 amid the Great Depression, and later due to a notoriously troubled private life. Heiress to one-third of the estate of the retail tycoon Frank Winfield Woolworth, Barbara Hutton was one of the wealthiest women in the world. Peter Matthew Hutton (born 1966) is the Head of Sports at Meta overseeing the company’s relationship with the sports industry for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Portal and Oculus, as well as having responsibility for partnerships with the media industry across the world. The Black Panther Party (BPP), originally the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, was a Marxist-Leninist and black power political organization founded by college students Bobby Seale and Huey P. Newton in October 1966 in Oakland, California. The party was active in the United States between 1966 and 1982, with chapters in many major American cities, including San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Philadelphia. They were also active in many prisons and had international chapters in the United Kingdom and Algeria. Lieutenant-General Sir Thomas Jacomb Hutton, (27 March 1890 – 17 January 1981) was a British Army officer who held a variety of vital staff appointments between the First and Second World Wars, ultimately commanding the Burma Army during the early stages of the Japanese conquest of Burma in early 1942. Hutton was married to Scottish psychiatrist Isabel Emslie Hutton. Sir Richard Hutton, the younger (1594 – 15 October 1645) was a Yorkshire landowner and Member of Parliament for Knaresborough (UK Parliament constituency), Knaresborough who lost his life in the English Civil War. Sir Richard Hutton inherited substantial estates at Goldsborough, Harrogate, Goldsborough and Flaxby including the Jacobean architecture, Jacobean Goldsborough Hall on the death of his father. Lieutenant-General Sir Edward Thomas Henry Hutton, (6 December 1848 – 4 August 1923) was a British military commander, who pioneered the use of mounted infantry in the British Army and later commanded the Canadian Militia and the Australian Army. James Brian Edward Hutton, Baron Hutton, PC QC (29 June 1932 – 14 July 2020) was a British Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland and Lord of Appeal in Ordinary. Background Hutton was born in Belfast in 1932, the son of a railways executive. He won a scholarship to Shrewsbury School and Balliol College, Oxford (BA jurisprudence, 1953) before returning to Belfast to become a barrister (after study at Queen's University Belfast), being called to the Bar of Northern Ireland in 1954. He began working as junior counsel to the Attorney General for Northern Ireland in 1969. He became a Queen's Counsel in 1970. From 1979 to 1989, he was (as Sir Brian Hutton) a High Court judge.
