Humberto Jose Arteaga (born January 23, 1994) is a Venezuelan former professional baseball infielder. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Kansas City Royals and the Washington Nationals. Career Kansas City Royals Arteaga signed with the Kansas City Royals as an international free agent on November 20, 2010. He made his professional debut in 2011 with the rookie-level AZL Royals. The Omaha Storm Chasers are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals. They are located in Papillion, Nebraska, a suburb southwest of Omaha, and play their home games at Werner Park, which opened in 2011. The team previously played at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium from 1969 to 2010.
