Hum Network Limited or Hum TV Network Limited ( ur, ہم نیٹ ورک) is a Pakistani media company based in Karachi, Pakistan. It was established in February 2004 by Sultana Siddiqui. It is a current member of Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (APBU), Association for International Broadcasting (AIB), and Commonwealth Broadcasting Association (CBA). History Hum Network Limited was established in February 2004 with the name of Eye TV Limited which was later changed to Eye Television Network Limited on 18 November 2004. ''Kankar'' ( ur, , lit=Pebble) is a 2013 Pakistani drama television serial aired on Hum TV from 31 May 2013 to 6 December 2013. It was directed by Aabis Raza and written by Umera Ahmad. The serial starred Fahad Mustafa and Sanam Baloch. Plot It is a story of two best friends who are paternal cousins, Arzoo and Kiran. Arzoo is a rich girl who is in love with her rich maternal cousin Sikandar. On the other hand, Kiran's cousin Adnan likes her but cannot ask for her hand in marriage due to his poor financial conditions and his sister's upcoming marriage. The 3rd Hum Awards ceremony, presented by the Hum Television Network and Entertainment Channel (HTNEC), sponsored by Servis and Telenor, honored the best in fashion, music and Hum Television Dramas of 2014 and took place on 9 April 2015, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE at 8:30 p.m. UAE Standard Time and was televised on 23 May at 7:30 p.m. PST.
