Valley is a city in Chambers County, Alabama, United States. Valley was incorporated in 1980 combining the four textile mill villages of Fairfax, Langdale, River View, and Shawmut. Rasie Michael "Razzy" Bailey (February 14, 1939 – August 4, 2021) was an American country music. In the early 1980s, he scored 5 No. 1's on the ''Billboard'' country music charts.
