Hugo Souza
Hugo de Souza Nogueira (born 31 January 1999), known as Hugo Souza or commonly referred to as Neneca, is a Brazilian footballer who currently plays as a goalkeeper for Primeira Liga club Chaves, on loan from Flamengo. His nickname, Neneca, pays tribute to former Guarani goalkeeper Hélio Miguel. Career Early career Hugo, born in the city of Duque de Caxias, joined the Flamengo youth academy in 2009, at the age of ten. With the youth squad he won two Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior in 2016 and 2018. Flamengo On 27 September 2020, Hugo made his professional debut in a 1–1 draw between Flamengo and Palmeiras.
