Htet Yan
Htet Yan ( my, ထက်ယံ; born Nyein Htet Aung on 18 October 1994) is a Burmese singer and actor. He is considered one of the most successful Burmese singers and rose to fame with his debut album ''New'' (2016). Early life and education Htet Yan was born on 18 October 1994 in Meiktila, Mandalay Region, Myanmar to Aye Thein and Kyu Kyu. He is the youngest son of two siblings, having an elder brother. He attended high school at Basic Education High School No. 1 Meiktila. In 2010, he relocated Yangon, the capital city of Myanmar to follow his passion and attend university. He then enrolled at the National University of Arts and Culture, Yangon, and graduated with a degree in Cinematography & Drama in 2013. Meiktila
Meiktila (; ) is a city in central Burma on the banks of Meiktila Lake in the Mandalay Region at the junctions of the Bagan-Taunggyi, Yangon-Mandalay and Meiktila-Myingyan highways. Because of its strategic position, Meiktila is home to Myanmar Air Force's central command and Meiktila Air Force Base. Yone Lay ( my, ယုန်လေး; , born Aung Phone Kyaw on 23 September 1985) is a Burmese singer, actor and director. He has achieved fame as a singer and actor. In August 2020, he was highly criticized after releasing a music video depicting the assassination of Myanmar's de facto leader and State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi. Early life Yone Lay was born on 23 September 1985 in Yangon, Myanmar, to father Swe Tint and his wife Khin Saw Mu, a former teacher. Career Yone Lay began his music career in 2001 as a singer in the underground music industry and sang his own songs.
