Hsinchu JKO Lioneers (Chinese: 新竹街口攻城獅) is a professional basketball team based in Hsinchu County, Taiwan. They have been part of the P. League+ since the 2020–21 season. Hsinchu County
Hsinchu County (Wade–Giles: ''Hsin¹-chu²'') is a county in north-western Taiwan. The population of the county is mainly Hakka; with a Taiwanese aboriginal minority in the southeastern part of the county. Tungnan University (TNU; ) is a private university in Shenkeng District, New Taipei, Taiwan. History TNU was originally established as Tungnan Junior College of Technology in August 1970. In 2000, the college was promoted to Tungnan Institute of Technology and promoted to Tungnan University in 2005. The 2022–23 Hsinchu JKO Lioneers season was the franchise's 3rd season, its third season in the P. LEAGUE+ (PLG), its 3rd in Hsinchu County. The Taipei Fubon Braves () are a professional basketball team, that currently plays in the Taiwanese P. League+, since the league's foundation in 2020. From 2014 to 2019, they played in the semi-professional Super Basketball League (SBL). They have also been part of the professional ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) since the 2019–20 ABL season. The franchise dates back to 1983 when it was founded as the Chien-hong Men's Basketball Team (建弘男子籃球隊).
