NOFX () is an American punk rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1983. Vocalist/bassist Fat Mike, guitarist Eric Melvin and drummer Erik Sandin are original founding and longest-serving members of the band, who have appeared on every release of the band, although Sandin departed briefly in 1985, only to rejoin the following year. NOFX has released fifteenth studio albums, sixteen extended plays and a number of seven-inch singles. The band rose to popularity with their fifth studio album ''Punk in Drublic'' (1994), which is their only release to receive gold certification by the RIAA. The EP was later included on the second disc of '' 45 or 46 Songs That Weren't Good Enough to Go on Our Other Records'', but with one track omitted ("Stupid Canadians") in order to preserve the uniqueness of the original 7" release.Liner notes of '' 45 or 46 Songs That Weren't Good Enough To Go On Our Other Records'' The first 500 copies were pressed on clear-green vinyl, while all others appeared on black vinyl.
