SaberCats Stadium is a rugby union stadium in Houston, Texas, United States as part of Houston Sports Park and is the home of the Houston SaberCats of Major League Rugby. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on July 24, 2018. Roy Lassiter
Roy Lee Lassiter (born March 9, 1969) is an American former professional soccer player who played as a forward. He played the first few years of his professional career in Costa Rica. He returned to the United States to play in Major League Soccer when that league was launched in 1996, and from 1996 to 1999 he was one of the most prolific goal scorers in MLS. He is the father of Ariel Lassiter, who plays for Inter Miami CF of MLS. Early life and education Lassiter was born in Washington, D.C., but grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina where he attended Athens Drive High School. Marcelo Palomino
Marcelo Palomino (born May 21, 2001) is an American professional soccer player who plays as an attacking midfielder for Superettan side GIF Sundsvall. Career Youth Palomino joined the Houston Dynamo academy when he was 11 years old. Whilst with the Dynamo academy, Palomino was named Dynamo Academy Player of the Year for three consecutive seasons between 2016 and 2018. 2022 MLS Next Pro Season
The 2022 MLS Next Pro season is the inaugural season of MLS Next Pro, the reserve league of Major League Soccer. It is the first season since 2014 where MLS had a standalone reserve league, the previous season being the MLS Reserve League. Including both MLS Next Pro and the MLS Reserve League, it is the ninth season of a reserve league operated by MLS. The league is sanctioned as a third division league by U.S. Soccer. A total of 21 clubs, 20 MLS reserve teams and one independent team (Rochester New York FC) participate in the 2022 season. Ryan Andre Oniel Thompson (born 7 January 1985) is a Jamaican former footballer who is the head coach for Austin Bold FC in the USL Championship. Kenny Bundy (born March 9, 1981, in Tulsa, Oklahoma) is an American former soccer player who is currently the head coach of Houston Dynamo 2 in MLS Next Pro. Career College and amateur Bundy grew up in Bixby, Oklahoma, and played college soccer at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1999 to 2003. During the 2003 collegiate off season he spent the summer with the Carolina Dynamo of the USL Premier Development League. Professional Bundy signed as a free agent with the Dallas Sidekicks of the Major Indoor Soccer League on October 2, 2003. Houston Dynamo FC (formerly officially, but still commonly, called the Houston Dynamo) is an American professional soccer club based in Houston. The Dynamo compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Western Conference.
