Hourman
Hourman or Hour-Man is the name of three different fictional superheroes appearing in comics published by DC Comics. The original Hourman was created by writer Ken Fitch and artist Bernard Baily in ''Adventure Comics'' #48 (March 1940), during the Golden Age of Comic Books. The first Hourman is chemist Rex Tyler, who creates a new synthesis, "Miraclo", which grants him super-strength and endurance, but only for one hour. Rex Tyler made his live action debut in the season one finale of The CW series ''Legends of Tomorrow'' portrayed by Patrick J. Adams. Both Rex and Rick Tyler also appear in the DC Universe series '' Stargirl'' portrayed by Lou Ferrigno Jr. and Cameron Gellman respectively. Snapper Carr
Lucas "Snapper" Carr is a character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by writer Gardner Fox and penciller Mike Sekowsky, and first appeared in ''The Brave and the Bold'' in February 1960. From 1960 to 1969, Snapper Carr appeared as a supporting character to the Justice League of America. Hourman (Rick Tyler)
Hourman (Richard "Rick" Tyler) is a fictional superhero who was created by Roy Thomas, Dann Thomas and first appeared in '' Infinity Inc.'' #20 as Rick Tyler, son of the original Hourman, who quickly joined Infinity Inc. as the second Hourman in #21 of that book. Rick Tyler made his live-action debut in '' Stargirl'', portrayed by Cameron Gellman. ''DC's Stargirl'', or simply ''Stargirl'', is an American superhero television series created by Geoff Johns that premiered on streaming service DC Universe. It is based on the DC Comics superhero Courtney Whitmore, created by Johns and Lee Moder. Justice Society Of America
The Justice Society of America (JSA) is a superhero team appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. It was conceived by editor Sheldon Mayer and writer Gardner Fox during the Golden Age of Comic Books. It first appeared in '' All Star Comics'' #3 (Winter 1940–1941), making it the first team of superheroes in comic books. Its original members were Doctor Fate, Hourman, the Spectre, Sandman, Atom, the Flash, Green Lantern and Hawkman. Hourman (Matthew Tyler) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Based upon the Golden Age character Rex Tyler, he first appeared in '' JLA'' #12 (November 1997) and was created by Grant Morrison and Howard Porter. Fictional character biography Hourman is an android from the 853rd century created by Tyler Chemorobotics (formerly TylerCo). Shortly after his construction, Metron appoints Hourman as his heir and entrusts him with the Worlogog, an artifact containing a map of space and time. Amazo is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by Gardner Fox and Mike Sekowsky and first appeared in '' The Brave and the Bold'' #30 (June 1960) as an adversary of the Justice League of America. Cameron Roth Gellman (born October 10, 1998) is an American actor known for his work as Rick Tyler / Hourman in the DC Universe series '' Stargirl''.
