The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (commonly called the Coachella Festival or simply Coachella) is an annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, in the Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert. Gregory James Broussard (born August 31, 1963), better known by his stage name Egyptian Lover, is an American musician, vocalist, producer and DJ, and was a part of the L.A. dance music, electro, and rap scene in the early 1980s. It was released in August 2013, through the Warner Music Group and their own label Hot Creations. It features Ali Love, Anabel Englund, Róisín Murphy, The Egyptian Lover, Kenny Glasgow and S.Y.F. Singles * "Forward Motion" was the first single released from the album and features vocals from Ali Love, who was eventually chosen to become the lead vocalist for the band, joining James Jones and Lee Foss. The last universal common ancestor (LUCA) is the most recent population from which all organisms now living on Earth share common descent—the most recent common ancestor of all current life on Earth. Hot Creations is a British record label co-founded by Jamie Jones and Lee Foss. The company was founded in 2010, and has produced a number of new acts, sub-labels and brands. HOTTRAX and Emerald City were founded as sister labels. The musical group, Hot Natured, which consists of Jones, Foss, Ali Love and Luca Cazal, was founded within the label. Lee Foss
Lee Foss is an American-born producer and DJ from Chicago, Illinois, United States. In addition to a number of releases on labels such as Culprit, Wolf+Lamb and No. 19, he co-founded the dance music label Hot Creations and is a member of the house music band Hot Natured alongside Jamie Jones, Ali Love and Luca C. His music is inspired by the musical heritage of Chicago and his influences include classic house, R&B, 90s Hip Hop, 1980s electro and Detroit techno. In 2010, Foss was the highest new entry into the Resident Advisor Top 100 DJ poll at no. 38, and climbed to no. 11 in 2011.
