Pennsylvania Route 419 (PA 419) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The route runs from U.S. Route 322 (US 322) in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County north to PA 183 in Bethel Township, Berks County. The route heads east from US 322 through Quentin and Cornwall to Schaefferstown, where it turns east and passes through Newmanstown. PA 419 enters Berks County and passes through Womelsdorf, where it comes to a junction with US 422. From the route, the route continues north and passes through Rehrersburg and has an interchange with Interstate 78 (I-78)/US 22 near Schubert before coming to its northern terminus. PA 419 is a two-lane undivided road its entire length and passes through rural areas.
