Horst Seemann
Horst Seemann (11 April 1937 – 6 January 2000) was a German film director and screenwriter. He has directed 19 films between 1962 and 1995. His 1973 film ''Ripe Cherries'' was entered into the 8th Moscow International Film Festival. His 1984 film ''Woman Doctors'' was entered into the 34th Berlin International Film Festival. Dubí
Dubí (; german: Eichwald) is a spa town in Teplice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 7,800 inhabitants. Administrative parts Town parts and villages of Běhánky, Bystřice, Cínovec, Drahůnky, Mstišov and Pozorka are administrative parts of Dubí. Etymology The name was derived from ''dub'', i.e. "oak"; the original German name ''Eichwald'' means "oak forest". Dubí was named after the extensive oak forests that grew here. The 34th annual Berlin International Film Festival was held from 17–28 February 1984. The festival opened with ''The Noah's Ark Principle'' by Roland Emmerich. Wedding Night In The Rain

Plot The plot centers around Gabi, a hairdresser hailing from the Baltic coast, who has her heart set on becoming East Germany's first-ever female jockey. To achieve her goal, Gabi relocates to Berlin, where she weds Freddy, a motorcyclist. Her aspirations take shape when a benevolent stableman permits her to train in secret.
