Honorary diploma of the president of Azerbaijan is an award established in October 17, 2007. Which is awarded to the citizens and foreigners for their success in any relevant field. Laureates Mikhail Yefimovich Shvydkoy was awarded with honorary diploma for his activities in the development of cultural relations between Russia and Azerbaijan in 2018. Joseph Kobzon also awarded with this diploma in 2017. The chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Congress of Brazil, Rordrigo Maya awarded with the Honorary Diploma of the President of Azerbaijan. Mikhail Yuryevich Zabel awarded with honorary diploma for his active participation in the public life of Azerbaijan. Latifa al-Fahd al-Salim al-Sabah, the chairman of the Committee of Women’s Affairs of Kuwait was awarded with honorary diploma for her contributions on relations between two countries. Polad Bülbüloğlu
Polad Bulbuloghlu ( az, Polad Bülbüloğlu; born February 4, 1945) is a Soviet and Azerbaijani singer, actor, politician, and diplomat. Bulbuloghlu became famous in the Soviet Union with composing jazz-influenced pop songs which has heavy Azerbaijani folk feelings in Azerbaijani and Russian languages. He also sang his own songs. Three of his songs became Songs of the Year and he received numerous prestigious awards in the Soviet Union. Bulbuloghlu is a lyrical tenor. In the late 1990s, despite having a huge success with a new version arranged by Paul Buckmaster of his old song ''Gəl Ey Səhər'' (''Come, Hey Morning!'') in Turkey and sold-out concerts in Russia, Bulbuloghlu started a political career. He became the Minister of Culture of Azerbaijan and is currently the Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia. In 2017, he was a candidate to the post of Director-General of UNESCO. Haji Allahshükür Hummat Pashazade ( az, Allahşükür Hümmət Paşazadə) is the Sheikh ul-Islam and Grand Mufti of the Caucasus which includes the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Georgia, and Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, Ingushetia, Chechnya, Karachay–Cherkessia, and Adygea in the Russian Federation.
