Hong Kong Third A Division League
Hong Kong Third 'A' Division League was a division of the third overall tier of the Hong Kong football league system organised by the Hong Kong Football Association in Hong Kong, along with Hong Kong Third 'District' Division League. It was folded in 2012 as Hong Kong Third 'A' Division League and Hong Kong Third 'District' Division League are merged into one. Hong Kong Third 'A' Division League is introduced in 1951. The first two teams of the league, with the first two teams of Hong Kong Third 'District' Division League, qualifies to the Hong Kong Third Division League Final Round. The champion and the second of the final round are promoted to the Hong Kong Second Division League. For other two teams, they are still in their third division league. Teams from this division, as well as from Hong Kong Third 'A' Division League, enter the Hong Kong Junior Challenge Shield. The Asian Football Confederation is the governing body of association football, beach soccer, and futsal in some countries/territories in Asia and Oceania. It has 47 member countries most of which are located in Asia. Australia, formerly in Oceania Football Confederation, OFC, joined AFC in 2006. Hong Kong Second Division League
Hong Kong Second Division League () is the third level of football league in Hong Kong founded in 1909. The top two teams are promoted to the Hong Kong First Division. Competition format * Each team plays the other teams twice, one home and one away game. The ticket profits go to the home team. If there are two matches in the same stadium on the day, the profits are shared between the two home teams. * Since most of the teams do not have a home ground, the matches will be playing on different grounds. It happens that one team plays their home games in different stadiums in the same season. * The bottom two teams are relegated to the Hong Kong Third Division. Hong Kong Fourth Division League was a division of the Hong Kong Football Association in Hong Kong. It was the fourth overall tier of the Hong Kong football league system. Hong Kong Fourth Division League was originally introduced in 1955 and dissolved in 1956 but was reintroduced in 2012 again as a fourth tier league. Hong Kong Junior Challenge Shield
Hong Kong Junior Shield () was a football competition in Hong Kong established in 1922. All teams in the Second Division and the Third Division were included in the competition. South China was the most successful club, winning 9 titles. History Hong Kong Junior Challenge Shield was founded by the Hong Kong Football Association in 1922.
