Home From Home (album)
''Home from Home'' is the fifth album by Swedish punk band Millencolin, released on 12 March 2002 by Epitaph Records. The songs " Kemp", " Man or Mouse", and "Battery Check" were each released as singles with accompanying music videos. Production In April 2001, Millencolin were reportedly writing and rehearsing new material in their hometown Örebro, Sweden, in anticipation of recording their next album with Mark Trombino. ''Home from Home'' was instead recorded with producer Lou Giordano at Little Big Room Studios in Haninge, Sweden between 15 September and 17 October 2001. Giordano also acted as engineer, with assistance from Mats Lindfors, Fredrik Andersson, and Ernie. Giordano mixed the recordings over the course of two weeks, before they were mastered by Peter In de Betou at Cutting Room. Millencolin
Millencolin is a Swedish punk rock band that was formed on 12 October 1992 by Nikola Šarčević, Mathias Färm, and Erik Ohlsson in Örebro, Sweden. In early 1993, drummer Fredrik Larzon joined the band. The name Millencolin is derived from the skateboard trick "melancholy". History The original lineup, consisting of Šarčević (vocals and bass), Ohlsson (guitar), and Färm (drums), released their first demo tape, ''Goofy'', in early 1993. Soon afterwards, Larzon joined the band to play drums, allowing Färm to perform as the second guitarist. In the summer of 1993, they recorded a second demo tape, ''Melack''. The band sent the tape to Burning Heart Records, a new record label formed earlier that year. American Hi-Fi is an American rock band formed in Boston in 1998. The band consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Stacy Jones, lead guitarist Jamie Arentzen, bassist and backing vocalist Drew Parsons, and drummer Brian Nolan. Ten Foot Pole (formerly Scared Straight) is an American punk rock band. History Ten Foot Pole was founded in 1983 under the name Scared Straight. Scared Straight was a punk band from Simi Valley, California. The band was formed in 1983 by a group of friends and was originally called S.O.F. Original members were Scott Radinsky, Mike Thompson, Gary Gallanes, and Dennis Jagard, who started the band to enter a "Battle of the Bands" competition at a local skate rink. Rufio was an American rock band from Rancho Cucamonga, California, United States, in 2000. They released four studio albums: ''Perhaps, I Suppose'' (2001); ''MCMLXXXV'' (2003); ''The Comfort of Home'' (2005); and'' Anybody Out There'' (2010). Brand New was an American rock band from Long Island, New York. Formed in 2000, the band consisted of Jesse Lacey (vocals, guitar), Vincent Accardi (guitar, vocals), Garrett Tierney (bass guitar, vocals) and Brian Lane (drums, percussion); they were joined by Benjamin Homola (percussion) for their live performances. Ozzfest is an annual music festival tour of the United States and sometimes Europe and later Japan, featuring performances by many heavy metal and hard rock musical groups.
