Dennis Joseph Hoggart (born 2 January 1939 in Glasgow, Scotland) is a Scottish former professional footballer. After spending three years with Leeds United, Hoggart played for York City and Stockport County in the Football League Fourth Division. He later played for Australian team Sydney Prague. Crawford was an original member of the Australian children's musical group Hi-5 (Australian band), Hi-5 from 1998 to 2008 and was also a member of pop group Teen Queens. The Teen Queens were an Australian pop music girl group, formed in 1991 by three model-singer-actresses: Roxanne Clarke, Kellie Crawford and Liza Witt. In 1992 and 1993, they scored four hit singles on the ARIA Charts with cover versions of "Be My Baby" (No. 6, May 1992), " I Can't Help Myself" (No. 28, July 1992), " Love How You Love Me" (No. 14, September 1992) and "Baby It's You" (No. 91, April 1993). The group's debut album, ''Get Happy!'', was released in November 1992, which peaked at No. 36. The group disbanded in 1993. Hi-5 were an Australian children's musical group formed in 1998 in association with the children's television series of the same name. Helena Harris and Posie Graeme-Evans created the television series for the Nine Network, which premiered in 1999. The group were made up of five performers who entertained and educated preschool children through music, movement and play. Kellie Crawford, Kathleen de Leon Jones, Nathan Foley, Tim Harding and Charli Robinson were the founding members. By the end of 2008, all of the original line-up had left, and the group's membership changed several more times after that. Herbert Richard Hoggart (24 September 1918 – 10 April 2014) was a British academic whose career covered the fields of sociology, English literature and cultural studies, with emphasis on British popular culture. Early life Hoggart was born in the Potternewton area of Leeds, one of three children in an impoverished family. His father, Tom Longfellow Hoggart (1880–1922), the son of a boilermaker, was a regular infantry soldier and housepainter who died of brucellosis when Hoggart was a year old, and his mother Adeline died of a chest illness when he was eight. Simon David Hoggart (26 May 1946 – 5 January 2014) was an English journalist and broadcaster. He wrote on politics for ''The Guardian'', and on wine for ''The Spectator''. Until 2006 he presented ''The News Quiz'' on BBC Radio 4. His journalism sketches have been published in a series of books.
