Athletic taping is the process of applying tape directly to the skin or over pre-wrap in order to maintain a stable position of bones and muscles during athletic activity. Shinguards
A shin guard or shin pad, is a piece of equipment worn on the front of an athlete's shin to protect it from injury. A garter is an article of clothing comprising a narrow band of fabric fastened about the leg to keep up stockings.
