Ramona Emilia Romero is an American lawyer and former government official. She was the General Counsel of the United States Department of Agriculture and currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Princeton University. Biography Romero was born in the Dominican Republic and emigrated to the United States when she was 11 years old. She graduated from Barnard College in 1985 and was president of the student government her senior year. Wilfredo Caraballo (born January 1, 1947, in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico) is an American Democratic Party politician, who served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 1996 to 2008.
