Hisato Ichimada
(Ichimada Naoto) was a Japanese businessman, central banker and the 18th Governor of the Bank of Japan (BOJ). He headed the Japanese part of the fundraising operation to found International Christian University (he was a Buddhist however). Early life Ichimada was born in Oita Prefecture. Yoshio Sakurauchi
was a Japanese politician and a significant member of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP). He was speaker of the House of Representatives of which he was a member for 53 years. Early life and education Sakurauchi was born in Tokyo on 8 May 1912. He was the son of Yukio Sakurauchi, a lower house member and finance minister. Yoshio Sakurauchi attended the Keio schools from kindergarten through Keio University. His brother, Kimio, served as president (from 1961) and chairman of the board of directors (from 1971) at Chugoku Electric. Richard Andreas Werner (born 5 January 1967) is a German banking and development economist who is a university professor at De Montfort University. He has proposed the "Quantity Theory of Credit", or "Quantity Theory of Disaggregated Credit", which disaggregates credit creation used for the real economy (GDP transactions) on the one hand, and financial transactions on the other hand. In 1995, he proposed a new monetary policy to swiftly deal with banking crises, which he called 'Quantitative Easing', published in the Nikkei.
