Hisao Oguchi
is a Japanese business executive. He was director, vice chairman, and chief creative officer of Sega Sammy Holdings Inc. Oguchi originally was President and CEO of Sega. He currently is president and CEO of Sega Sammy Creation. Career Hisao Oguchi had a fondness of bingo arcade games and wanted to make such an arcade game above all else. Oguchi joined Sega in 1984 and was tasked to develop a game about penguins as they were popular in Japan at that time. The resulting game was ''Doki Doki Penguin Land'' which was his first project as a planner''.'' He then developed a number of medal games such as ''World Derby'', ''World Bingo'' and ''Super Derby''. He also directed several arcade video games with ''Super Monaco GP'', ''Heavyweight Champ'' and ''Rad Mobile''. Oguchi became manager of AM3 in 1993, one month after it opened. Tetsuya Mizuguchi
is a Japanese video game designer, producer, and businessman. Along with ex-Sega developers he is the one of the co-founders of the video game development firm Q Entertainment. He formerly worked for Sega as a producer in their Sega AM3 'arcade machines' team, developing games like ''Sega Rally Championship'' and ''Sega Touring Car Championship'', before moving on to become the head of Sega's United Game Artists division, the team responsible for '' Rez'' and ''Space Channel 5''. Toshihiro Nagoshi
is a Japanese video game producer, director and designer. He was the chief creative officer for Sega until 2021 when he became creative director. He went on to be the general director of Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, and later became a member of the board of directors for Atlus. He joined Sega in 1989. After 30 years in the company, Nagoshi left Sega to join NetEase in late 2021, where he founded the studio Nagoshi Studio.
