Hiroshi Kobayashi (boxer)
is a former professional boxer who held the world junior lightweight championship. Professional boxing career Kobayashi turned pro in 1962 and won the Lineal, WBC and WBA Super Featherweight Title in 1967 by defeating Yoshiaki Numata by 12th-round KO, in a bout where Numata was down once in the 6th and three times in the 12th round and thus Kobayashi becoming the undisputed Super Featherweight champion of the world. He was stripped of his WBA title after failing to fight Rene Barrientos. He defended the title six times before losing the belt to Alfredo Marcano in 1971. He retired later in the year after losing by knockout in the 7th round against Roberto Durán in Panama. Tetrakis ,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenylorate is an anion with chemical formula 4B">sub>4Bsup>−, which is commonly abbreviated as ArF4sup>−, indicating the presence of fluorinated aryl (ArF) groups. It is sometimes referred to as ''Kobayashi's anion'' in honour of Hiroshi Kobayashi who led the team that first synthesised it. More commonly it is affectionately nicknamed "BARF." The BARF ion is also abbreviated BArF24−, to distinguish it from the closely related , C6F5)4Bsup>−. BARF has a tetrahedral geometry around the central boron atom but each of the four surrounding aryl groups is aromatic and planar. The motivation for its preparation was the search for an anion that coordinates more weakly than the then-available ions hexafluorophosphate, tetrafluoroborate, or perchlorate. Hiroshi Kobayashi (footballer)
is a former Japanese football player and manager. Playing career Kobayashi was born in Ibaraki Prefecture on March 17, 1959. After graduating from Chuo University, he played in the Japan Soccer League for Furukawa Electric from 1981 to 1989. Coaching career Kobayashi began his soccer coaching career in 1990 as manager of new club ALO's Hokuriku, which he coached through 1998 leading the team to promotion in the league. He then coached for the second half of 2001 for J2 League club Kawasaki Frontale and the first 20 games of the 2002 season for Mito HollyHock is a Japanese professional football (soccer) club, currently playing in the J2 League. The team's hometown is located in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture. Hiroshi Kobayashi (shogi, Born 1962)
is a retired Japanese professional shogi player, ranked 7-dan. Early life Kobayashi was born on December 18, 1962, in Tamaki, Mie. He was accepted into the Japan Shogi Association's apprentice school as a student of shogi professional Kazuo Manabe at the rank of 6-kyū in 1978, was promoted to the rank of apprentice professional 1-dan in 1981, and obtained full professional status and the rank of 4-dan in 1983. Shogi professional Kobayashi defeated Yasumitsu Satō to win the 11th in 1992. The victory stopped Satō from winning the tournament three years in a row. Kobayashi finished the finished 69th Meijin Class C2 league play (April 2010March 2011) with a record of 2 wins and 8 losses, earning a second demotion point which meant he was only one point away from automatic demotion to " Free Class" play.
