Hindrek Ojamaa
Hindrek Ojamaa (born 12 June 1995) is an Estonian professional footballer who plays as a right back for Estonian club Paide Linnameeskond and the Estonia national team. Club career Levadia Ojamaa first played for Kotkas Junior, and joined the Levadia youth academy in 2006 when Kotkas Junior merged with Levadia. He made his debut in the Meistriliiga on 10 September 2011, in a 6–0 home victory over Ajax and scored his first Meistriliiga goal three days later, in a 7–0 away win over the same team. Nõmme Kalju On 1 March 2013, Ojamaa signed a three-year contract with Nõmme Kalju. He mainly played for the club's reserve side, Nõmme Kalju II, making only a single Meistriliiga appearance for the first team. Vaasan Palloseura
Vaasan Palloseura (or VPS) is a Finnish football club, based in Vaasa. It currently plays in the first tier of Finnish football (''Veikkausliiga''). The club's current manager is Jussi Nuorela. The club plays its home matches at Hietalahti. VPS played twice in the UEFA Cup in 1998–99 and in 1999–00, but were knocked out in the 2nd Qualifying Round by Grazer AK of Austria and in the 1st Qualifying Round by St Johnstone of Scotland. In spring of 2015 it was announced that the construction of VPS's new stadium would start soon. The construction of the new stadium began in the summer of 2015 and was completed in August 2016. Estonia National Football Team
The Estonia national football team ( et, Eesti jalgpallikoondis) represents Estonia in international football matches and is controlled by the Estonian Football Association, the governing body for football in Estonia. Estonia's home ground is Lilleküla Stadium in Tallinn. Estonia's first match was held against Finland in 1920, being a 6–0 defeat. The team participated in the 1924 Olympic Games tournament, their only participation. In 1940, Estonia was occupied by the Soviet Union and did not regain independence (and the possibility of a national football team) until 1991. Henrik Ojamaa
Henrik Ojamaa (born 20 May 1991) is an Estonian professional footballer who plays as a forward for FC Flora and the Estonia national team. In 2012, Ojamaa was named the Estonian Young Footballer of the Year. Club career Flora Ojamaa began playing football with the Flora youth academy. He made his senior league debut for the club's reserve side Flora II in the Esiliiga on 4 April 2007. Derby County In 2007, Ojamaa joined the Derby County academy. He was Derby County's Scholar of the Year in the 2008–09 season. In June 2009, he signed his first professional contract. On 28 November 2009, Ojamaa joined Stafford Rangers on a one-month loan. The 2017 Veikkausliiga was the 87th season of top-tier football in Finland. IFK Mariehamn were the defending champions. Fixtures for the 2017 season were announced on 19 January 2017. The season started on 5 April 2017 and ended on 28 October 2017. Teams PK-35 Vantaa were relegated to Ykkönen after finishing at the bottom of the 2016 season. Their place was taken by Ykkönen champions JJK. Veikkausliiga (; sv, Tipsligan) is the premier division of Finnish football, the highest tier of the Finnish football league structure, comprising the top 12 clubs of the country. Its main sponsor is the Finnish national betting agency Veikkaus, hence the league's name. Veikkausliiga was founded in 1990; before that the top division was called ''Mestaruussarja'' (championship series) since 1930 which was an amateur or semi-professional league. Between 1908 and 1930 the championship was decided as a knock-out cup competition. The 2014 Meistriliiga, also known as A. Le Coq Premium Liiga due to sponsorship reasons, was the 24th season of the Meistriliiga, the first level in the Estonian football system. The season ran from 1 March 2014 to 8 November 2014. Levadia successfully defended the title, securing the championship in the last round. Teams Kuressaare were relegated to the 2014 Esiliiga after finishing in the bottom of the table at the end of the 2013 season, ending their five-year tenure in the top flight. They were replaced by Lokomotiv, Esiliiga runners-up and first among promotion-eligible teams. Lokomotiv will make their first appearance in the top division. Tartu JK Tammeka, commonly known as Tartu Tammeka or simply Tammeka, is a football club, based in Tartu, Estonia, that competes in the Meistriliiga, the top flight of Estonian football. FC Ajax Lasnamäe is an Estonian football (soccer), football club based in Tallinn. They play in the II Liiga East/North zone, the fourth division in Estonian football. The club also has Tallinna FC Ajax (women), women's team, first appearing in the Naiste Meistriliiga, top division in 2018.
