Highway M22 (Ukraine)
Highway M22 is a Ukrainian international highway ( M-highway) which connects Oleksandriia, Kremenchuk, and Poltava across Dnieper river. The highway also connects two major transnational corridors that run along European route E50 and European route E40. Along with the M13, the M22 composes the Ukrainian portion of European route E584 that also runs from Kropyvnytskyi to the Moldovan border onto Chişinău. Oleksandriia () is a city located in Oleksandriia Raion, Kirovohrad Oblast (region) in central Ukraine. Administratively, Oleksandriia serves as the administrative center of Oleksandriia Raion (district). Oleksandriia also hosts the administration of Oleksandriia urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. M13 is a Ukraine, Ukrainian international highway (State Highways (Ukraine), M-highway) connecting Kropyvnytskyi to the border with Moldova, where before crossing the Dniester it heads towards Chişinău as the M1 highway (Moldova), M1. International E-road Network
The international E-road network is a numbering system for roads in Europe developed by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). The network is numbered from E1 up and its roads cross national borders. It also reaches Central Asian countries like Kyrgyzstan, since they are members of the UNECE. Main international traffic arteries in Europe are defined by ECE/TRANS/SC.1/2016/3/Rev.1 which consider three types of roads: motorways, limited access roads, and ordinary roads. In most countries, the roads carry the European route designation alongside national designations. Belgium, Norway and Sweden have roads which only have the European route designations (examples: E18 and E6). The United Kingdom, Iceland and Albania only use national road designations and do not show the European designations at all. Kropyvnytskyi ( uk, Кропивницький, Kropyvnytskyi ) is a city in central Ukraine on the Inhul river with a population of . It is an administrative center of the Kirovohrad Oblast. Over its history, Kropyvnytskyi has changed its name several times. European Route E40
European route E40 is the longest European route, more than long, connecting Calais in France via Belgium, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan, with Ridder in Kazakhstan near the border with Russia and China. A different route connecting Calais and Ridder is about shorter, mostly using the E30 via Berlin-Moscow-Omsk. Poltava
Poltava (, ; uk, Полтава ) is a city located on the Vorskla River in central Ukraine. It is the capital city of the Poltava Oblast (province) and of the surrounding Poltava Raion (district) of the oblast. Poltava is administratively incorporated as a city of oblast significance and does not belong to the raion. European Route E50
European route E 50 is an A-type east–west connection across the European continent. It connects the key naval port of Brest France with Makhachkala, on the Caspian Sea in the Russian republic Dagestan. Outlook Half the route is on highways and the other half is on provincial roads. The route is in estimation some long and runs fully across the European continent.
