Highgrove is a rural locality in the Toowoomba Region, Queensland, Australia. In the Highgrove had a population of 29 people. Geography The ridgeline of the Great Dividing Range roughly bounds the locality to the north and east. The Oakey–Cooyar Road traverses the locality entering from the south-east (Evergreen) and exiting to the north (Nutgrove). The predominant land use is grazing on native vegetation with some crop growing in the south of the locality. History In the Highgrove had a population of 29 people. Highgrove House
Highgrove House is the family residence of King Charles III and Queen Camilla. It lies southwest of Tetbury in Gloucestershire, England. Built in the late 18th century, Highgrove and its estate were owned by various families until it was purchased in 1980 by the Duchy of Cornwall from Maurice Macmillan. Charles III remodelled the Georgian house with neo-classical additions in 1987. The duchy manages the estate and the nearby Duchy Home Farm. The gardens at Highgrove have been open to the public since 1996. The gardens of the late 18th century home were overgrown and untended when Charles first moved in but have since flourished and now include rare trees, flowers and heirloom seeds. Current organic gardening and organic lawn management techniques have allowed the gardens to serve also as a sustainable habitat for birds and wildlife. Highgrove House, Eastcote
Highgrove House, also known as High Grove House or High Grove, is a Grade II listed mansion in the suburban area of Eastcote, within the London Borough of Hillingdon. Originally built in 1750 by the Reverend John Lidgould, the house was rebuilt in 1881 by Sir Hugh Hume-Campbell following a catastrophic fire. Along with Haydon Hall and Eastcote House, Highgrove was one of the three main houses of Eastcote and eventually became a residential hostel for homeless families, run by the local council from the 1960s until 2007. An area of the estate was sold to the local council in 1935 by the then-owner Eleanor Warrender to become what is now Warrender Park. In 1975, the house was granted Grade II listed status on account of its special architectural character. The house was subsequently closed as a hostel by the council and sold for £1.295m to Westcombe Estates. Highgrove is a census-designated place (CDP) and an unincorporated community in Riverside County, California, United States. The population was 3,988 at the 2010 census, up from 3,445 at the 2000 census. The latest 2020 census shows 7,515 total population, an 88.4% increase from last 2010 census, which makes it the fastest-growing location in entire Riverside County. The city of Riverside, California has plans to annex Highgrove in the near future. Currently at Spring Mountain Ranch community, Avalon, Cambria, and Sonoma (all opening by February 2022) are the three, newest largest master-planned communities being built at the Highgrove eastside area. Soon, Compass and Pinnacle at Summit Canyon by PulteGroup, at the south-east corner-end of Highgrove on the highest-elevation, will open in 2023.
