High Heels (CLC EP)
''High Heels'' is the debut Japanese extended play (fourth overall) by the South Korean girl group CLC. It was released on April 13, 2016 by Cube Entertainment (Japan). "High Heels" was release as the lead single. Background and promotion On March 4, Cube Entertainment announced that CLC will be making their Japanese debut on April 13, starting with their overseas promotion. The mini-album includes the Japanese versions of previously released songs, "Pepe", "Curious", "First Love" and their promotional single "High Heels". The album also includes an exclusive cover of Kylie Minogue's song, "I Should Be So Lucky". CLC (band)
CLC (, an acronym for CrystaL Clear) was a South Korean girl group formed by Cube Entertainment. The group's final lineup was composed of Seunghee, Yujin, Seungyeon, Yeeun and Eunbin. Members Elkie and Sorn departed in 2021. Their debut EP ''First Love'' was released on March 19, 2015, with five group members: Seunghee, Yujin, Seungyeon, Sorn and Yeeun. The remaining two members, Elkie and Eunbin, were added to the group with the release of their third EP, '' Refresh'', on February 29, 2016, though Eunbin did not participate in official promotions until the release of their fourth EP, '' Nu.Clear,'' in May 2016. Refresh (EP)
''Refresh'' is the third extended play by South Korean girl group CLC. It released on February 29, 2016. It was CLC's first release as a seven-member group. "High Heels" was released as the lead single of the EP. Release CLC announced their comeback with two additional members that were revealed to be Elkie, and ''Produce 101'' contestant, Kwon Eun-bin. However, due to Eunbin's appearance in ''Produce 101'', she was not able to join CLC's promotions on music shows or broadcast. Eunbin's parts in the music video were also deleted and she postponed her activities with CLC until she was eliminated from ''Produce 101''. CLC released a short version of their promotional single, "High Heels" on February 29, 2016. The full version of the music video was uploaded on March 20. The Oricon Albums Chart is the Japanese music industry standard albums popularity chart issued daily, weekly, monthly and yearly by Oricon. Oricon originally published LP, CT, Cartridge and CD charts prior to the establishment of the Oricon Albums Chart on October 5, 1987.
