Hi-Rock
Hi-Rock ( th, ไฮ-ร็อก) were a Thai rock band famous and popular especially in the 1990s. History The band was formed in 1984 by Anurak "Tui" Yingnakhon (ตุ้ย: อนุรักษ์ ยิ่งนคร) and Seri "Mac" Vihokhean (แม็ก: เสรี วิหคเหิน) and brought together musicians to add more. The name "Hi-Rock" comes from playing regularly at Rock Pub and the owner was the name given to. Later, when the lead vocalist has resigned, the band has Surat "Pe" Tabwang (เป้: สุรัช ทับวัง) backed up. Hi-Rock played their first public appearance in mid year 1989 with a back-up band for Pathomporn Pathomporn (ปฐมพร ปฐมพร) at Ramkhamhaeng University among tens of thousands of attendances. Surat Tabwang
Anuwat Tubwang ( th, อนุวรรตน์ ทับวัง, born November 20, 1968), formerly and still colloquially known as Surush Tubwang (สุรัช ทับวัง), nicknamed Pe (เป้), is the former lead singer of the band Hi-Rock. Early life Tubwang was born into a Thai Muslim family in the downtown Nonthaburi near Khae Rai intersection. His family was so poor that their house had no roof and walls. Therefore, he only graduated from grade 6. He was fond of singing since childhood, usually singing in a high tone to compete with the music. He started his career playing music after his older brother and followed him to play music in various pubs around Bangkok and its vicinity at night. Thanapol Intharit (or spelt Thanapon Intharit; th, ธนพล อินทฤทธิ์; nickname: Suea–เสือ) is a Thai singer, musician, producer and songwriter. Life and career He was born in Kalasin province and graduated from Rajamangala Institute of Technology Isan Campus ( Rajamangala University of Technology Isan) and Ramkhamhaeng University. Thai rock is rock music from Thailand. Thai rock was influenced by rock bands from the United States and United Kingdom. Emerging in the 1980s it flourished with bands like Asanee-Wasan and Micro.
