The sixth series of the children's television series '' Hi-5'' aired between 18 October 2004 Note: The ARIA Music Awards of 2004 were held on 17 October 2004; this article was published the following day. and 26 November 2004 on the Nine Network in Australia. The series was produced by Kids Like Us for Nine with Helena Harris as executive producer. The series serves as a "best of" collection, compiling segments which originally aired as part of the fourth and fifth series, while debuting new songs of the week. The series debuted simultaneously in Australia and the United Kingdom. Kellie Crawford
Kellie Lynn Crawford, née Hoggart (born 1 May 1974), is an Australian singer, actress and children's performer. Crawford was an original member of the Australian children's musical group Hi-5 (Australian band), Hi-5 from 1998 to 2008 and was also a member of pop group Teen Queens. She left Hi-5 in December 2008 after ten years with the group. Career Crawford was born Kellie Lynn Hoggart on 1 May 1974. She began her career as a teenager appearing in Pizza Hut commercials. In 1991, at age 17, Crawford along with Liza Witt and Roxanne Clarke, formed an idea to bring back music from the past and recreate it as a pop music act. Initially, they tried to launch the project as a television idea set in the themed time of the 1960s. As the group experienced difficulties getting the television show off the ground, they diverted their attentions towards simply creating music.
