Heðin á Lakjuni
Heðin á Lakjuni (born 19 February 1978) is a former Faroese international footballer, who played as a full-back and a winger for four Faroese clubs in the top tier. Lakjuni started his career with KÍ Klaksvík and had spells with B36 Tórshavn, HB Tórshavn, and NSÍ Runavík. He has won the Faroe Islands Premier League 3 times, and the Faroe Islands Cup 4 times. Since April 2015 he holds the record for most league appearances with 417 matches in the Faroe Islands Premier League. He scored 100 goals in the Faroe Islands Premier League. Lakjuni has celebrated domestic doubles with three different teams (KÍ, B36, and HB). Klaksvík
Klaksvík () is the second largest town of the Faroe Islands behind Tórshavn. The town is located on Borðoy, which is one of the northernmost islands (the Norðoyar). It is the administrative centre of Klaksvík municipality. History The first settlement at Klaksvík dates back to Viking times, but it was not until the 20th century that the district merged to form a large, modern Faroese town that became a cultural and commercial centre for the Northern Isles and the Faroe Islands as a whole. Klaksvík is located between two inlets lying back to back. It has an important harbour with fishing industry and a modern fishing fleet. Originally, four farms were located where Klaksvík is now. Jens Kristian Hansen (born 3 September 1971) is a former Faroese football defender or midfielder. He spent most of his career in B36 Tórshavn, while he also had spells with Freja Randers in Denmark, and Ayr United in Scotland. He has been capped for the Faroe Islands at senior level. Allan Simonsen
Allan Rodenkam Simonsen (born 15 December 1952) is a Danish former footballer and manager. He most prominently played as a striker for German Bundesliga club Borussia Mönchengladbach, winning the 1975 and 1979 UEFA Cups, as well as for Barcelona in Spain, winning the 1982 Cup Winners' Cup. Simonsen is the only footballer to have scored in the European Cup, UEFA Cup, and Cup Winners' Cup finals. Simonsen was named 1977 European Footballer of the Year. FC Suðuroy is a Faroe Islands, Faroese professional Association football, football club which was founded in January 2010 and consists of the former clubs Vágs Bóltfelag, VB (founded in 1905) and SÍ Sumba, Sumba (founded in 1949), which merged in 2005 to form VB/Sumba. EB/Streymur is a Faroe Islands, Faroese Professional sports, semi-professional football Football team, club based in Streymnes and Eiði. The club was founded in 1993, as result of the merger between Eiðis Bóltfelag, EB and Ítróttarfelagið Streymur, Streymur.
