Andrew Heyward (born October 29, 1950) is a former President of CBS News, serving from January 1996 until early November 2005. He is a principal at MarketspaceNext and Heyward Advisory LLC. He is the son of UNICEF executive director Dick Heyward and Russian-born interpreter Elisabeth Heyward. He has three children: David and Emily, both of whom work in New York City, and Sarah, a writer for HBO's ''Girls''. He is married to Priscilla Painton, executive editor at Simon & Schuster. Jonathon Heyward
Jonathon Heyward is an American conductor. From 2016, he was assistant conductor of The Hallé, and music director of The Hallé Youth Orchestra. He has been chief conductor of the Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie from 2021. On July 21, 2022, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra announced that it had chosen Jonathon Heyward as its next music director. He is the first person of color to direct the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Heyward Hutson (born January 24, 1936) is an American politician and retired military officer who served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1993 to 1996 and again from 2007 to 2008. Heyward Harrell Dotson (July 12, 1948 – May 1, 2020) was an American professional basketball player, attorney, and civil servant. Biography Dotson was born on July 12, 1948, in Lugoff, South Carolina and was raised on Staten Island. He played basketball for Stuyvesant High School before attending Columbia University on a scholarship. He was a member of Columbia Lions men's basketball team, where he averaged 13.7 points a game and led the Lions in assists, helping the team capture the Ivy League Men's Basketball championship title during the 1967–1968 season and earn a spot in the 1968 NCAA University Division basketball tournament. Thomas Heyward Jr. (July 28, 1746 – March 6, 1809) was an American Founding Father, lawyer, jurist, and politician. Heyward was active politically during the Revolutionary Era. As a member of the Continental Congress representing South Carolina, he signed the Declaration of Independence and Articles of Confederation.
