Hervé Denis
Hervé Denis is a government official in Haiti. He held various posts including Minister of Defense and various ambassadorships including ambassador from Haiti to the United States. He succeeded Paul Altidor as Haiti's ambassador to the United States. He was succeeded as ambassador to the U.S. by Bocchit Edmond. He described Haiti's Provisional Electoral Council as unconstitutional. In discussing United States threats against opponents of the Council, he called the United States the "King of the World". Paul Altidor
Paul Getty Altidor is the former ambassador from Haiti to the United States. He served from 2012 until 2019. He was succeeded by Hervé Denis. He subsequently worked as a lecturer at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Altidor graduated from Boston College and MIT. He was Vice-President of the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund and worked in Washington D. C. at the International Finance Corporation, a private sector affiliate of the World Bank Group. He attended Barack Obama's inauguration as U.S. president in January 2013. He appeared on PBS responding to comments made by U.S. President Donald Trump about Haitian immigrants. Bocchit Edmond
Bocchit Edmond is a Haitian politician and diplomat. He has been the List of ambassadors of Haiti to the United States, ambassador of Haiti to the United States since December 1, 2020, when he replaced Hervé Denis, the prior ambassador. In 2022 he called for military intervention from the international community to stem unrest and violence. Previously, Edmond served as Haiti's Foreign Ministers of Haiti, Minister of Foreign Affairs from September 2018 until March 2020, when he was succeeded by Claude Joseph. In May 2023, Haitian government fired Bocchit due to a corruption scheme involving illegal passport issuance at his Washington embassy, according to The Miami Herald. References

Provisional Electoral Council
The Provisional Electoral Council (French: ''Conseil Électoral Provisoire'', , CEP; Haitian Creole: ''Konsèy Elektoral Pwovizwa'') was the electoral commission of Haiti. The body had the sole agency responsible for presidential elections and parliamentary elections. CEP used to be Haiti's main and only legal election agency. It was dissolved in September 2021 by acting Prime Minister Ariel Henry.
