Manuel 'Manolo' Herrero Galaso (born 28 June 1970) is a Spanish former Association football, footballer who played as a midfielder, and is a current Manager (association football), manager. His career was closely associated to Real Jaén, Jaén, as both a player and a coach. Playing career Born in Andújar, Province of Jaén (Spain), Jaén, Andalusia, Herrero made his senior debut with local amateurs Iliturgi CF before joining Real Jaén in 1991. He left the latter three years later and moved straight to La Liga with Real Valladolid, but totalled only 245 minutes of action in 1994–95 La Liga, his only season, also being loaned to Córdoba CF during his tenure. Santiago Herrero
Santiago Herrero (9 May 1943 – 10 June 1970) was a Spanish professional Grand Prix motorcycle road racer. He was Spain's most promising international motorcycle racer until he died from injuries sustained while competing in the Isle of Man TT. Biography Born in Madrid, Spain, Herrero bought his first motorcycle at the age of 12. In 1962, he obtained his racing license, competing on a Derbi and doing his own maintenance. He soon moved up to a Bultaco Tralla 125 and caught the eye of Luis Bejarano, the owner of Lube Motorcycles, Lube (a Spanish motorcycle marque) who recognized Herrero's talent. Bejarano offered him a job in the company's competition department. In 1964, Herrero finished in third place in the 125cc Spanish National Championship and in 1965, he finished in second. Abel Herrero (born October 29, 1969) is an American politician and lawyer who is a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 34 in Nueces County. Background A graduate of Robstown High School, Herrero was a member of the Robstown City Council from 1999 to 2003. Bruno Herrero Arias (born 13 February 1985), known simply as Bruno, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. Rodolfo Herrero was a Mexican military officer, noteworthy for his participation in the Mexican Revolution of 1910 to 1920. José Ramón Herrero Merediz (2 February 1931 – 19 March 2016) was a Spanish politician. In his youth he was active for the Communist Party of Spain and subsequently spend several years in prison. He was a member of the Senate of Spain for the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party between 1982 and 1996. Between 1986 and 1987, he was a member of the European Parliament. Career Herrero Merediz was born on 2 February 1931 in Gijón. In 1956, when he was 25, he became active for the Communist Party of Spain. In 1960, during the period of Francoist Spain, he was sentenced to fourteen year imprisonment. After seven years he was released due to several pardons. Liliana Herrero is an Argentine musician born in 1948 in Villaguay, Entre Ríos. In 1966, she moved to Rosario, Santa Fe, in order to study Philosophy, and has since become an adoptive citizen. In her youth, she took part in the vocal groups ''Contracanto'' and ''Canto Libre''. She was arrested by the military government for her involvement in Peronist movements. In Rosario, she met the local singer and composer Fito Páez, who convinced her of abandoning her teaching career and become a professional singer.
