''Heroin'' is the fourteenth solo studio album by American rapper Z-Ro. It was released on June 21, 2010, via Rap-A-Lot 4 Life/J. Prince Entertainment/Fontana Distribution. Recording sessions took place at M.A.D. Studios and at King Of The Ghetto Studio in Houston. Production was handled by Mike Dean, Bigg Tyme, Big E, Steve Below and Z-Ro himself. It features guest appearances from Chris Ward, Billy Cook, Chamillionaire, Lil' Flip, Mike D, Trae and Paul Wall. The album peaked at number 142 on the ''Billboard'' 200 in the United States. Wesley Eric Weston Jr. (born March 3, 1981), better known by his stage name Lil' Flip, is an American rapper. He embarked on his musical career as a freestyle and battle rapper before earning a record deal with Suckafree Records in 1999. Lil' Flip is best known for his singles "The Way We Ball", " Game Over" and " Sunshine". He was named one of America's most underrated rappers by ''The New York Times'' in 2007. Monty Norman
Monty Norman (''né'' Noserovitch; 4 April 1928 – 11 July 2022) was a British composer, musician and singer. A contributor to West End musicals in the 1950s and 1960s, he is best known for composing the "James Bond Theme", first heard in the 1962 film ''Dr. No''. He was an Ivor Novello Award and Olivier Award winner, and a Tony Award nominee. Early life Norman was born in Stepney in the East End of London on 4 April 1928. John Barry Prendergast (3 November 1933 – 30 January 2011) was a British composer and conductor of film music. He composed the scores for eleven of the ''James Bond'' films between 1963 and 1987, as well as arranging and performing the "James Bond Theme" for the first film in the series, 1962's '' Dr. No''. "Bump n' Grind" is a song written, produced, and performed by American singer-songwriter R. Kelly. It was released on January 28, 1994, as the second single from his debut solo studio album, '' 12 Play'' (1993).
