Club career He made his senior debut for Puntarenas on 20 November 1983 against RamonenseHermidio a plena luz (incl. Bio) - Al Día and also played for Herediano, Cartaginés and Santa Bárbara before joining Deportivo Saprissa as their second goalkeeper behind José Francisco Porras, after an injury ruled out regular starting goalie . Puntarenas () is a city in the Puntarenas (canton), Puntarenas canton of Puntarenas Province, on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. As the seat of the Municipality of Puntarenas canton, it is awarded the title of city, which is made from the Puntarenas District, Puntarenas, Chacarita District, Chacarita and El Roble District, El Roble districts. Bolivia hosted the Copa América for the second time in its 38th edition. It was held from 11 to 29 June. It was organized by CONMEBOL, South America's football governing body. There is no qualifying for the final tournament.
