''Herederos de la bestia'' is a 2016 Spanish documentary film directed by Diego López and David Pizarro, released on 5 May 2017. It is the first film directed by both directors. This film is a documentary on the 1995 film ''El día de la bestia'', directed by Álex de la Iglesia. Except Álex Angulo Alejandro Angulo León (12 April 1953, in Erandio, Biscay – 20 July 2014, in Fuenmayor, La Rioja), better known as Álex Angulo was a Spanish actor who performed in over sixty films during his career spanning more than 30 years. Jorge Guerricaechevarría
Jorge Guerricaechevarría (born 10 July, 1965), also known as 'Guerrica', is a Spanish screenwriter. A regular co-scribe of Álex de la Iglesia's films, he has also been a recurring collaborator of Daniel Monzón. He won a Goya Award for the script of ''Cell 211'', adapted from the novel of the same name by Francisco Pérez Gandul. Enrique Urbizu (born 1962) is a Spanish film director and screenwriter. A native of Bilbao, he was one of the few Spanish film directors who brought the film noir into the late Spanish film industry. Santiago Segura Silva (born 17 July 1965) is a Spanish filmmaker and actor. He also worked to a lesser extent as a television presenter, voice actor and comic book writer, as well as being a collector of original comic books.
