Here Come The Runts
''Here Come the Runts'' is the third studio album by American rock band Awolnation, released on February 2, 2018, through Red Bull Records. It is their first album to be released since ''Run'' was released in 2015. The name of it was inspired from "scenes from Bruno's own home in Malibu, where his wife fosters puppies." Bruno explained the meaning of the album in depth in an interview: "We always are drawn to the runt of the litter in a lot of ways. They have to scrap a little bit more. They're overlooked in many cases, and they shouldn't be. A lot of people who are against all odds and are maybe unnoticed, I think, with all the obstacles end up being stronger and have to find a different way to stand out. That even goes in the music industry as well. It felt like that for me anyways." The album was preceded by the singles " Passion" and "Handyman". Isaac Carpenter (drummer)
Isaac Carpenter (born August 29, 1979) is an American musician, producer, and audio engineer. He is best known as the former drummer for the alternative rock group Gosling as well as its previous incarnation Loudermilk. Currently, Carpenter is the drummer for Awolnation. He previously played with Duff McKagan's Loaded as well as Adam Lambert's live band and he has performed and/or recorded with The Exies, Ours, Seaspin, Black Lab, Marion Raven, Tyga and Unified Theory among others. Elohim (musician)
Elohim is an American electropop recording artist, DJ, producer and singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles. Career At the age of five, Elohim began playing the piano and writing songs. She suffered from severe anxiety for most of her life, and has used music as a way to cope. The stage name "Elohim" is one of the Hebrew names for "God". The name inspired Elohim and moved her "in a really deep way" as it brought her "strength, solace, beauty and confidence." Elohim's debut single is "Xanax", which was released in 2015 alongside other singles such as "She Talks Too Much" and "Bridge and the Wall", that are from her self-titled 2016 debut extended play.
