Heo Cham
Heo Cham ( ko, 허참; 30 November 1949 – 1 February 2022) was a South Korean radio and television presenter and singer. Life and career Having been born in Hwanghae Province, and moved south over the border shortly after the outbreak of the Korean War, Cham graduated from the Dong-a University in Busan. After working as a master of ceremonies in the music cafe Chelbourg, he made his national television debut in the TBC show ''Seven Singers Show'' (''7대 가수쇼''), and since then he was active as a presenter of a large number of radio and television programs. He was best known as the presenter of the long running KBS1 show ' (''가족오락관''), he hosted for 26 years, from its debut in 1984 until its termination in 2009. During his career Cham received several accolades, including a Career Award at the 2006 KBS Entertainment Awards. Hwanghae Province
Hwanghae Province (''Hwanghae-do'' ) was one of the Eight Provinces of Korea during the Joseon era. Hwanghae was located in the northwest of Korea. The provincial capital was Haeju. The regional name for the province was Haeseo. History In 1395, the province was organized as Punghae (). In 1417, the province was renamed Hwanghae. The name derived from the names of the two principal cities of Hwangju () and Haeju ). Song Hae
Song Bok-hee (; 27 April 1927 – 8 June 2022), also known professionally as Song Hae (), was a South Korean television music show host and singer. He had been the host of the longest running music show ''National Singing Contest'' from 1988 until his death in 2022, and was also a veteran of the Korean War. Early life Song Bok-hee was born on 27 April 1927 in modern-day Chaeryŏng-gun, South Hwanghae Province in North Korea. His family was part of the Yeosan Song clan. Song started as a singer who majored in operatic singing in Haeju conservatory of music in 1949. During the Korean War, he fled via boat to the south, arriving in the port of Busan. He later used the stage name, Hae (meaning sea), as a memory of this voyage. Liver cancer (also known as hepatic cancer, primary hepatic cancer, or primary hepatic malignancy) is cancer that starts in the liver.
