Henry W. Hupfauf
Henry W. Hupfauf (August 11, 1885 – October 6, 1946) was an American farmer, businessman, and politician. Hupfauf was born in the town of Harrison, Calumet County, Wisconsin. He was a farmer and worked for the Menominee River Sugar Company. He operated a tavern and general store in Darboy, Wisconsin and was involved with the dairy and telephone cooperatives. He served as town clerk and school clerk of the school district. Harrison (town), Calumet County, Wisconsin
Harrison is a town in Calumet County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 10,839 at the 2010 census and 3,471 in 2013 after the incorporation of the Village of Harrison. After continued annexations, the Town of Harrison now consists of 6.2 acres of unpopulated land located off of Oneida Street, which is owned by the City of Menasha. The Village of Harrison and Town of Buchanan are collectively known locally as Darboy. Harrison was originally known as Lima. On March 8, 2013, the village of Harrison was created from the northwest part of the town. Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 59.4 square miles (153.9 km2), of which, 33.5 square miles (86.8 km2) of it is land and 25.9 square miles (67.1 km2) of it (43.61%) is water. Calumet County is a county located in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2020 census, the population was 52,442. The county seat is Chilton. The county was created in 1836 (then in the Wisconsin Territory) and organized in 1850. Calumet County is included in the Appleton, WI Metropolitan Statistical Area as well as the Appleton- Oshkosh-Neenah, WI Combined Statistical Area. Wisconsin State Assembly
The Wisconsin State Assembly is the lower house of the Wisconsin Legislature. Together with the smaller Wisconsin Senate, the two constitute the legislative branch of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. Representatives are elected for two-year terms, elected during the fall elections. If a vacancy occurs in an Assembly seat between elections, it may be filled only by a special election. The Wisconsin Constitution limits the size of the State Assembly to between 54 and 100 members inclusive.
