Henry Shipley
Henry Burton Shipley (born 10 May 1996) is a New Zealand cricketer, who is a right-arm Fast bowling, medium-fast bowler. He plays for Canterbury cricket team in domestic cricket. Domestic career He made his List A cricket, List A debut on 17 January 2016 in the 2015–16 Ford Trophy. He made his first-class cricket, first-class debut on 22 October 2016 in the 2016–17 Plunket Shield season. In June 2018, he was awarded a contract with Canterbury for the 2018–19 season. He made his Twenty20 debut for Canterbury in the 2018–19 Super Smash on 23 December 2018. In June 2020, he was offered a contract by Canterbury ahead of the 2020–21 domestic cricket season. Darfield, New Zealand
Darfield is a town in the Selwyn District of the South Island of New Zealand. It is 35 kilometres west of the outskirts of Christchurch. Its population is as of . Darfield is the main town between Christchurch and the West Coast region. New Zealand Cricket Team In Pakistan In 2022–23 (December 2022)
The New Zealand cricket team toured Pakistan in December 2022 and January 2023 to play two Test matches and three One Day International (ODI) matches. The Test matches formed part of the 2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship, and the ODI matches formed part of the inaugural 2020–2023 ICC Cricket World Cup Super League. In April 2022, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed that the series would be taking place. Following the tour, New Zealand are scheduled to return to Pakistan in April 2023, to play five ODIs and five Twenty20 International (T20I) matches, to make up for the series that was postponed in September 2021. In October 2022, the PCB announced the fixtures for the tour. Mark Wellings Priest (born 12 August 1961) is a former New Zealand international cricketer who played in three Test cricket, Test matches and 18 One Day Internationals (ODIs) between 1990 and 1998. Jenny Shipley
Dame Jennifer Mary Shipley (née Robson; born 4 February 1952) is a New Zealand former politician who served as the 36th prime minister of New Zealand from 1997 to 1999. She was the first female prime minister of New Zealand, and the first woman to have led the National Party. Shipley was born in Gore, Southland. She grew up in rural Canterbury, and attended Marlborough Girls' College and the Christchurch College of Education. Before entering politics, she worked as a schoolteacher and was involved with various community organisations. Shipley was elected to Parliament at the 1987 election, winning the Ashburton electorate (later renamed Rakaia). When the National Party returned to power in 1990, she was appointed to Cabinet under Jim Bolger. A Twenty20 International (T20I) is a form of cricket, played between two of the international members of the International Cricket Council (ICC), in which each team faces a maximum of twenty overs. The matches have top-class status and are the highest T20 standard. The game is played under the rules of Twenty20 cricket. Starting from the format's inception in 2005, T20I status only applied to Full Members and some Associate Member teams.
