Carl-Henric Svanberg (born 29 May 1952), is a Swedish businessman and current Chairman of Volvo. He was Chairman of BP for eight years, from 2010 to 2018. Life and career Svanberg holds a master's degree in applied physics from the Linköping Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Uppsala University. Svanberg holds honorary doctorates from Luleå University of Technology and Linköping University. Svanberg served as CEO of telecom company Ericsson from 8 April 2003 to 31 December 2009. Henric Schartau
Henric Schartau (27 September 1757 – 3 February 1825) was a Swedish Lutheran pietistic priest. His theology, including his characteristic teachings on the "order of grace", influenced a revivalist movement known as Schartauanism. Biography Schartau was born in Malmö in 1757. His father was a member of Riksdag (Parliament); his mother died from black fever when he was thirteen. Schartau's father then pushed for him to be allowed to graduate at the age of 14 so he could attend university. His father later died after difficult political and financial circumstances. Schartau's paternal grandfather was the vicar of Sörby, Jöns Schartau (1684–1754), who took his surname from Skartofta, the village where he was born. Laurent Henric (20 March 1905 – 3 March 1992) was a French footballer and coach. A goalkeeper, he started his playing career at his local club, FC Sète. He was an international four times in 1928 and 1929. He then joined his first professional club with AS Saint-Étienne in 1933. He was also part of France's squad for the 1928 Summer Olympics, but he did not play in any matches. Johan Henric Kellgren
Johan Henrik Kellgren (1 December 1751 – 20 April 1795) was a Swedish poet and critic. Biography He was born at Floby in Västergötland (now part of Falköping Municipality, Västra Götaland County). He studied at the Royal Academy of Turku, and already had some reputation as a poet when he became a "docent" in aesthetics at the school in 1774. Three years later he moved to Stockholm, where in 1778 he began publishing the journal " Stockholms-Posten" with Assessor . Kellgren was sole editor from 1788 onwards. In 1779, he wrote a poem portraying the young and popular actress Ulrica Rosenblad's funeral, a verse quoted in the press. Kellgren was librarian to Gustavus III from 1780, and became his private secretary in 1785. At the establishment of the Swedish Academy in 1786 he was appointed one of its first members. Heinrich von Veldeke (aka: , Dutch Hendrik van Veldeke, born before or around 1150 – died after 1184) is the first writer in the Low Countries known by name who wrote in a European language other than Latin. He was born in Veldeke, which was a hamlet of Spalbeek, part of the municipality of Hasselt, Limburg, Belgium, since 1977. The "", a water mill on the Demer River, is the only remainder of the hamlet. In Limburg, he is celebrated as a writer of Old Limburgish. Veldeke's years of birth and death are uncertain. He must have been born before or around 1150, as he was writing in the early 1170s. There is no evidence that Veldeke was born in 1128, as is often suggested. He certainly died after 1184 because he mentions in his ''Eneas'' that he was present at the court day that Emperor Frederik Barbarossa organised in Mainz at Pentecost of that year.
