Henri Junghänel (also spelled Junghaenel, born 5 February 1988) is a German shooter. He represented his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where he won the gold medal in the 50 metre rifle prone event. 50 Metre Rifle Prone
50 meter rifle prone (formerly known as one of four free rifle disciplines) is an International Shooting Sport Federation event consisting of 60 shots from the prone position with a .22 Long Rifle (5.6 mm) caliber rifle. The time limit is 75 minutes for the entire match, including sighting shots, or 90 minutes if there is a need to compensate for slow scoring systems.
