Henri Duparc (December 23, 1941, in Forécariah – April 18, 2006, in Paris) was an Ivorian film director and writer. He produced and wrote the 2004 film ''Caramel''. Forécariah
Forécariah (N’ko: ߝߏߙߋߞߊߙߌߦߊ߫) is a sub-prefecture and town located in western Guinea. It is the capital of Forécariah Prefecture. As of 2008, the population was estimated to be around 21,710. Famous people It was the birthplace of Henri Duparc, the film director. Mining Forecariah is a possible station on a heavy duty railway between Kalia mine and Matakong port for the export of iron ore. One of the mines is at Kalia. The Rue Princesse street is an area located in Yopougon, North Abidjan in Côte d'Ivoire. Jean Carmet (25 April 1920 – 20 April 1994) was a French actor. Life and career Jean Carmet began working on stage and then in film in the early 1940s becoming a very popular comedic actor in his native country. He is best known internationally for his role as a French colonist in the 1976 film, '' La Victoire en Chantant'' (Black and White in Color). Because of his good-natured manner, he was as popular with members of the film crew as he was with the audiences. During his long career, he appeared in more than 200 films, and although he played dramatic parts, he usually acted in a supporting role as a comedic character.
